Who is responsible?

What data do I process, and why?
When you visit the website. The website is hosted by Hostinger on a server in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). The server keeps no access log of your visits. Technical error messages, for example about dropped connections, can contain an IP address; they are deleted automatically after 7 days.
Fonts are loaded from this server. No data is sent to Google Fonts or other font providers.
Audio samples are loaded from studio.stoersender.ch, my own server, when you play them. Your IP address is transmitted.
Enquiries. Every enquiry button leads to the form on studio.stoersender.ch. I use the details you enter there (for example name, email, information about your band and songs) to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible production.
Where a visit came from. If you arrive via a link with campaign parameters (for example utm_source, fbclid, gclid), a small script stores them in this browser tab’s storage (sessionStorage) and adds them to the link to the enquiry form. This shows me how an enquiry found its way to me. No cookie is set and nothing is sent to third parties. The storage is cleared when you close the tab.
Cookies and settings
On your first visit a notice appears. You can accept all services, reject all or choose individually. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; since 15 September 2024 Switzerland recognises an adequate level of data protection for certified companies.
Meta: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. Meta Platforms, Inc. is also certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can request information about your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. An email to info@stoersender-studio.ch is enough. You also have the right to complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or, as a visitor from the EU, to the supervisory authority in your country.
